Rob has been working in the construction industry for 45 years and has been the principle of Park Avenue for over 30 years. They started as renovators with roughly 10% commercial. As commercial saw steady growth, they shifted towards commercial and it is now 90% of their revenue for nearly 20 years.

Rob brought photos of the work process for a couple major commercial developments. One saw 175 feet of wall removed to make room for overhead doors, and a full rebuild of communications, electrical, and interior finishing. The client is very pleased and ended up bringing more business in the form of a paving job. The other client needed more space but saw major frustrations with the city who required major code upgrades without giving any specifics. Rob's team created a second building to simplify things and ended up building double the space for the same cost as the previous concept that was half the size.

Park Avenue's long list of projects includes shipping malls, movie theatres, conversions (for example, a clothing store into a tire shop), skyscraper interior renovations, and even projects for our members!
