Brad is a farm kid from Foam Lake who's business is now over 20 years old. Electrical Solutions has a strong core of clients which puts them in a new position to be primarily maintenance-based as opposed to taking on new construction and the complexities involved. They are fully certified in all safety credentials which opens the door to more opportunities. Brad's primary job is to keep his staff happy, and his staff keep their clients happy, which works because he's kept 9 long term journeymen.

Brad brought a slideshow of all the types of work he's done, including generators, solar light systems, jumbotrons, parking lot power outlets, and even working in mine over 1 km underground!
