Only 1 in 4 people with autism have jobs. Terry Zwarych is working to change that. The Autism Resource Centre runs a program called "Ready, Willing, and Able", which is funded by the federal government. Through the government, Terry Zwarych represents 6 different agencies and has 60 people who are ready, willing, and able to be hired. If you have a job available, you do the hiring but Terry's team will help facilitate the communication process. The motto is, "clear is kind", and this is a simple process to ensure job duties and responsibilities are met. The result is a dedicated and loyal addition to your team. However,  if, in the event the job didn't work out, Terry's team will help with that as well.
